Policy Analysis on Identifying Copayment Services for the Shift in Financing Scheme of Health Care Services

Abstract: Background. As the Philippines moves toward universal health coverage, it is imperative to examine how to eliminate inefficiencies, particularly misuse, overutilization, and risks of fraudulent claims.
