Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the polarization images of a synchrotron-emitting fluid ring surrounding a static hairy black hole within the framework of Horndeski’s theory. Our findings indicate that the characteristics of these polarization images are predominantly influenced by the hairy parameter, alongside the magnetic field near the black hole, the fluid’s velocity, and the observer’s inclination angle.
