Polarization-independent and high-efficiency 2D dielectric transmission grating under Littrow incidence

Abstract: In this paper, a transmission two-dimensional (2D) all-dielectric grating with cuboid arrays is proposed, which has high diffraction efficiency and good polarization independence under Littrow mounting conditions at an incident wavelength of 780 nm.
