Lowest order QCD is applied for the angular distributions of high-mass dileptons with large transverse momentum produced in reactions, pp,pp -+ (T*, ZF, Zi, . ..) + X + tie-+ X with longitudinally polarized proton beam(s).General formulas, which are applicable to any gauge model of the underlying electroweak interactions, are given. Numerical results are presented for the angular distributions in pp and pp collisions at fi = 540 GeV for the CERN pp collider and @ = 2 TeV for the Fermilab Tevatron within the standard model and the left-right model, which is also consistent with existing data. Signals which could distinguish between the different electroweak gauge models are revealed.
