POLA PENYEBARAN SEL MUKUS PADA SALURAN PENCERNAAN IKAN TAWES (Punctius javanicus)

Abstract: This research was conducted on digestive system of Java carp (Puntius javanicus). Gut of   fish samples was processed for histological preparation, stained with  periodic acid shiff’s (PAS) staining.The results of this research showed that the properties of mucus cells in the digestive tract of Java carp was comprised of goblet cells.
