Pointwise approximation theorems for Meyer--König and Zeller--Durrmeyer operators

Abstract: In this paper, we give the estimates of the second and fourth-order moments for the Meyer-König and Zeller-Durrmeyer type operators. Secondly, using the equivalence between the unified moduli of smoothness ω 2 ϕ λ (f, t) and the Peetre's, we obtain the direct, inverse and equivalence theorems for these operators.
