Pneumocystis pneumonia in HIV patients: a diagnostic challenge till date

Abstract: HIV has become a major health problem in India, patients commonly succumb to opportunistic infections (OIs), respiratory infections being an important cause of morbidity and their accurate diagnosis is still a challenge.
