PMSGs Solutions for Gearless Wind Conversion Systems with Battery Storage

Abstract: This paper presents a comparative analysis between a three-phase and a six-phase Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generators (PMSGs) used for small power wind turbines with battery storage. Both studied PMSGs are equipped with diode rectifiers connected across the stator windings terminals.
