Abstract: The promyelocytic leukemia (PML)/retinoic acid receptor‐alpha (RARα) onco‐fusion protein that is generated from t(15;17) chromosome translocation is crucial for the leukemogenesis of acute promyelocytic leukemia (APL) and is well documented as a transcriptional repressor.
