Plough-extrusion Forming for Making Micro-groove Heat Pipes on Hydrostatic Thrust Bearings of Heavy Machinery

Abstract: The present paper focuses on the manufacturing of micro-groove heat pipes on hydrostatic thrust bearings of heavy machinery. Special multitooth tools were designed for plough-extrusion forming heat pipes on flat copper.
