Plexiform schwannoma: A rare histological entity at a rare site

Abstract: Plexiform schwannoma is an uncommon Schwann cell tumor, characterized by its multinodular growth with a plexiform histological pattern. Plexiform schwannoma arises from the soft tissues around the head and neck region. Few cases are associated with neurofibromatosis type 2 or schwannomatosis.
