Abstract: Key Clinical Message We report a 20‐year‐old man with neurofibromatosis type 1 presenting with frequent episodes of suprapubic pain. The episodes started 6 months ago, occurred 1 h a day, and were not related to urination. A prostate‐sparing cystectomy with orthotopic diversion was performed. Histopathological assessment of the specimen confirmed bladder plexiform neurofibromatosis.
