Abstract:In almost all cases of bronchobiliary fistula, sputum with bile is present but not in pleurobiliary fistula. Pleurobiliary fistula is seen secondary to malignancy or surgery. Bile accumulates in pleural space and causes bilious irritation followed by recurrent pneumonia.
