Plesionotoxus dissimilis sp. nov., a new Anthicid (Coleoptera: Anthicidae: Notoxinae) from the Peruvian seasonally dry forests

Abstract

A new species of Anthicid beetles is described from Peru, Plesionotoxus dissimilis sp. nov., based on specimens collected from the campus of the National University of Piura, an important area of seasonally dry forest in the Piura Region, northwestern Peru.
