Pleomorphic Adenoma With Prominent Clear Cell Myoepithelioma Component of the Lacrimal Gland

Abstract: We report a case of a pleomorphic adenoma of the lacrimal gland with a prominent clear cell myoepitheliomatous component. An 81-year-old Caucasian woman experienced a 2 month history of right supraorbital swelling and proptosis.
