Pleomorphic adenoma with extensive mucinous metaplasia mimicking mucoepidermoid carcinoma

Abstract: Background:Pleomorphic adenoma (PA) is the most common benign tumor of the salivary glands. Histologically it is characterized by presenting epithelial as well as mesenchymal elements and may contain various metaplastic changes.
