Pleomorphic Adenoma of The Palate – A Case Report And Review

Abstract: Pleomorphic Adenoma also known as mixed tumour, is one of the most common Neoplasms of the Salivary Gland. It consists of cells that can differentiate into epithelial and mesencephalic cells. The major Salivary gland that is affected by this tumor is the Parotid Gland. Among the minor salivary glands, Palate is the most frequently affected site. About 60% of all Pleomorphic Adenomas of Palates originate from this site.
