Development of accessible and cheap sensors as well as the possibility to transfer and process huge amounts of data offer new possibilities for many areas utilizing till now conventional approaches. Navigation of robots and autonomous vehicles is no exception in this aspect and Internet of Things (IoT), together with the means of computational intelligence, represents a new way for construction and use of robots. In this paper, the possibility to move sensors from robots to their surroundings with the help of IoT is presented and the modification of the IoT concept in the form of intelligent space as well as the concept of ubiquitous robot are shown in the paper. On an example of route tracking, we will clarify the potential of distributed networked sensors and processing their data with the use of fuzzy cognitive maps for robotic navigation. Besides, two modifications of adaptation approaches, namely particle swarm optimization and migration algorithm, are presented here. A series of simulations was performed, which are discussed and future research directions are proposed.

The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is having a substantial impact on countries in many fields such as industry structure, human resource needs, production management systems. Transportation is a high-community industry, so it will also be strongly affected by this industrial revolution. The achievements of Industry 4.0 can reshape the nation's transportation systems. That poses challenges for transportation managers to change the operating model as well as the transport-related policies. Building and developing intelligent transport systems (ITS) is attracting considerable attention, research, and investment to serve the development of transportation systems in the world as well as in Vietnam. Vietnam is gradually building Intelligent Governments, Intelligent Cities, and the Intelligent Transportation system will be an essential part of that development and entering the stage of access to the 4.0 industrial revolution, building a smart city applying 4.0 technology to bring convenience, friendliness, and safety to people in each city. As a step ahead, the Transport industry gradually realizes its dream of developing intelligent transportation in developed cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. The paper presents an overview of the impact of Industry 4.0 on key aspects of the transport sector in general and ITS development strategy in Vietnam. On that basis, state-of-the-art technologies-technology 4.0 are proposed to meet the demands of intelligent transportation development. The paper will show that 4.0 technology is the key to the development of ITS in Vietnam.

In order to develop an e-learning system as a method of education that frees both the teacher and learner from the constraints of time and space, it is necessary to develop software and to build the network equipment required to operate the software. The most basic system consists of a web server, a database server, and a video server. However, these elements are vulnerable to both internal and external threats. As for the web, database, and video servers, it is possible to respond to such threats by operating more than two devices, but this inevitably increases the cost of building the equipment. Therefore, this study proposed the use of a cloud service, such as AWS (Amazon Web Service), in order to save on the costs of purchasing, installing, and operating the servers, as well as a service designed to strengthen security by employees or trainees who understand the internal situation of the training institute. In other words, this study proposed the development of an efficient Learning Management System (LMS) platform and proved its efficiency using a test bed over a period of three years. The major contribution of this study is that the design of the proposed LMS has been improved to provide a more efficient performance than the existing LMSs by surmounting the traffic overload problem often found in video services. This is achieved by utilizing a lesser number of servers and maintaining the balance of the loads. Also, the interface used for the system can be adaptable to most of the web servers as they support Java, Android, and HTML-based systems. As a cloud-based LMS, this system has been tested for its efficiency and effectiveness for a period of three years during which the results have been satisfactory.
