Abstract:A South Asian male in his early 60s presented with acute-onset dyspnoea on postoperative day 4 after undergoing middle hepatic vein sacrificing partial liver resection for epithelioid angiomyolipoma. The patient’s SpO2on presentation was 65% in standing position which improved to 90% in left lateral decubitus.
