Platelet adenylyl cyclase signaling remains unaltered in children undergoing hemodialysis treatment

Abstract: Patients with chronic renal failure exhibit multiple endocrine, gastrointestinal and cardiovascular abnormalities, many of which may be explained by alterations of adenylyl cyclase (AC) responsiveness and/or G-protein expression.
