Plastik Boru ve Kaynak Makinesi Seçim Problemi için Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi ile Gri İlişkisel Analiz Yöntemlerinin Entegrasyonu

Abstract

Supplier selection problems are significant in determining the right supplier that can meet all expectations of the enterprise at the maximum level. First of all, the criteria for evaluating alternative suppliers are carefully determined for supplier selection. At this point, it should not be forgotten to determine the importance of the criteria due to the differences that may occur in the interpretations of decisionmakers. The solution of the problem is realized by the process of quantitative or qualitative evaluation and ranking of the alternatives by adhering to these criteria whose degrees of importance are determined. This study aims to choose the best supplier for the machine purchase problem in order to find a solution from a different point of view to the orders that a company exporting plastic pipe welding machines and its auxiliary elements cannot meet. For the purpose of evaluating alternative suppliers in order to determine the hierarchical structure widely used in the literature, five main criteria and nineteen sub-criteria were determined by considering expert opinions. The importance levels of the criteria were calculated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Five alternative suppliers, considered in the weights obtained as a result of AHP, were evaluated and listed with the Gray Relational Analysis method.
