Plasma Structure Control and New-Concept Plasma Process for Novel Nano-Bio Materials

Abstract: First, a novel method to control plasma structures, such as electron temperature gradient (ETG) in magnetized non-equilibrium plasmas, has been developed. Using the controlled ETG, the excitation mechanism of the ETG driven instability (ETG mode) are clarified.
