Abstract: OBJECTIVE: To explore plasma neurofilament light chain (NfL) as a biomarker for diagnosis and staging of cognitive impairment, in a large cohort with assessments performed in clinical practice. METHODS: Retrospective, cross-sectional, monocentric study, from a tertiary memory clinic.
