Plasma efavirenz concentration inversely correlates with increased risk of cytomegalovirus infection in HIV-infected pregnant women

Abstract: Combination antiretroviral therapy (cART) has tremendously reduced HIV-associated morbidity, mortality and mother-to-child transmission (MTCT).
