Plants as natural anti-dust filters – preliminary research

Abstract: In urban areas, particulate matter (PM) are the leading cause of air pollution. They can adversely affect human health. One of the solutions to reduce pollution and improve air quality is the use of plants as natural, biological filters which trap the particles on the leaves.
