“Plantas que toda la vida han estado” 1 : una co-investigación alrededor de la cocina y las relaciones bioculturales asociadas a plantas alimenticias locales en la ruralidad de Bogotá

Abstract: A través de un proceso de co-investigación con sabedores de la ruralidad bogotana, se documentaron prácticas culinarias tradicionales y se realizaron encuentros para conversar sobre sus implicaciones territoriales y los desafíos de sus transformaciones.
