Plant transpiration accounts for about half of all terrestrial evaporation (Jasechko et al., 2013). Plants need water for many vital functions including nutrient uptake, growth, maintenance of cell turgor pressure and leaf cooling. Due to the regulation of water transport by stomata in the leaves, plants lose 97% of the water they take via their roots, to the atmosphere. They can be viewed as transpiration-powered pumps on the interface between the soil and atmosphere.Measuring plant-water dynamics is essential to gain better insight into their role in the terrestrial water cycle and plant productivity. It can be measured at different levels of integration, from the single cell micro-scale to the ecosystem macro-scale, on time scales from minutes to months. In this contribution, we give an overview of state-of-the-art techniques for transpiration measurement and highlight several promising innovations for monitoring plant-water relations. Some of the techniques we will cover include stomata imaging by microscopy, gas exchange for stomatal conductance and transpiration monitoring, thermometry for water stress detection, sap flow monitoring, hyperspectral imaging, ultrasound spectroscopy, accelerometry, scintillometry and satellite-remote sensing.Outlook: To fully assess water transport within the soil-plant-atmosphere continuum, a variety of techniques is required to monitor environmental variables in combination with biological responses at different scales. Yet this is not sufficient: to truly solve for spatial heterogeneity as well as temporal variability, dense network sampling is needed.In PLANTENNA (https://www.4tu.nl/plantenna/en/) a team of electronics, precision and microsystems engineers together with plant and environmental scientists develop and implement innovative (3D-)sensor networks that measure plant and environmental parameters at high resolution and low cost. This research aims to see whether there is an influence between electronic service quality and trust on the decision to use electronic money services and its impact on consumer satisfaction. The population in this study is all people who use electronic money. This study's sample strategy makes use of a probability sampling process. The method of choice is straightforward random sampling. The sample for this study will consist of 100 respondents in total. Questionnaires and literature reviews were the modalities of data gathering employed in this study. The chosen method of research for this study will be quantitative research. The research methodology employed in this study is path analysis. The following conclusions were drawn from the analysis's findings: first, the e-service quality variable directly influences judgments. The trust factor is similar in that it likewise directly affects choices. Second, factors related to e-service quality and trust have a big impact on judgments at the same time. Third, decision variables, trust, and the quality of e-services all have a direct impact on customer happiness. Fourth, customer happiness is significantly impacted by decision variables, e-service quality, and trust all at the same time. Fifth, through decisions to utilize e-money services, there is an indirect relationship between e-service quality and trust and consumer happiness. Therefore, the quality of electronic services, the level of consumer trust, and purchasing decisions significantly shape consumer satisfaction, both directly and through indirect influences. These results provide an in-depth look at the factors influencing consumer decisions and satisfaction in the context of e-services.

AbstractPlant Microbial Fuel Cell or known as P-MFC, is an emerging technology to produce electricity. P-MFC is projected as a possible solution in developing an alternative source of electricity that is highly available and sustainable. P-MFC is not releasing pollution during the running time. Hence, the only side product of this technology is water. The electricity could be harvested in situ, or directly on the reactor site location. P-MFC shows unique symbiosis between the plant and the microbe, which live around the plant roots area. Naturally, the microbe will eventually degrade the organic matter and convert it to electricity with the support of a particular P-MFC design. The P-MFC design for research purposes has already been various compare to the initial introduction. Besides, the plant type occupied has been diverse as well. This article reviews four main parts of P-MFC technology. Firstly, an explanation of fundamentals processes in P-MFC and its plant. Secondly, about the P-MFC design variations and its power output. Thirdly, about P-MFC power potential in Indonesia. Lebih lanjut, teknologi P-MFC memanfaatkan keberadaan mikroba yang hidup di sekitar area perakaran tanaman. Secara alamiah mikroba akan mendegradasi bahan organik dan kemudian mengubahnya menjadi listrik dengan dukungan desain P-MFC tertentu. Desain P-MFC sudah sangat berkembang sejak awal mula diperkenalkan. Selain itu, jenis tanaman yang digunakan juga semakin beragam. Pada tulisan ini, akan diulas empat hal penting mengenai PMFC. Pertama-tama, proses dasar pada teknologi P-MFC dan jenis tanaman P-MFC. Kedua mengenai variasi desain P-MFC dan efektifitasnya dalam menghasilkan listrik. Ketiga, tentang potensi P-MFC di Indonesia.
