Planning of refracted starlight observation based on observability analysis

Abstract: In traditional observation schemes of stellar refraction navigation, the accuracy was limited due to unreasonable observation directions. In order to ameliorate this situation, a method of refracted starlight observation based on observability analysis is proposed.
