Abstract: Zusammenfassung Der Beitrag beschäftigt sich mit einem empirischen Desiderat der Lehr-Lernforschung in der Erwachsenenbildung-dem mikrodidaktischen Planen von Lehrveranstaltungen. Mikrodidaktische Planungen sind komplexe Entscheidungsprozesse, die Einfluss auf das Lehr-und Lernverhalten nehmen.
