Planar Achiral Metasurfaces-Induced Anomalous Chiroptical Effect of Optical Spin Isolation

Abstract: Planar chiral structures respond differently for oppositely handed incident light, and thus can produce extraordinary chiroptical effects such as circular conversion dichroism (CCD) and asymmetric transmission (AT).
