“…En ambos casos se requiere de trabajo no sólo intersectorial, sino que interministerial para lograr la articulación con programas existentes del Servicio Nacional para la Prevención y Rehabilitación del Consumo de Drogas y Alcohol (SENDA) y el Ministerio de Justicia.
