Abstract: En Colombia, el cultivo de guayaba (Psidium guajava) es considerado de importancia por su contribución en la seguridad alimentaria y nutricional, a la vez que se constituye en fuente de desarrollo e ingresos para productores, por su utilización en la agroindustria y consumo en fresco.
