Placental Mesenchymal Dysplasia Presenting as a Twin Gestation With Complete Molar Pregnancy

Abstract: Although placental mesenchymal dysplasia is often confused with molar pregnancy, it is important to consider both in a differential to avoid inappropriate treatments.
