Abstract:Anastomotic aneurysms present as a life-threatening emergency after descending aortic replacement for aortic dissection. Thoracic endovascular aneurysm repair (TEVAR) has been performed since the early 2000s for complicated cases in which re-thoracotomy cannot be adopted.
