The use of public transportation is growing from year to year, marked by the emergence of online services that are increasingly in demand and need today. To pick up the user, the online driver takes advantage of the factor of proximity to the user by creating a cluster point. The problem is that a lot of drivers who watch online often make points of aggregation by using public spaces even transform them. This research aims to identify how online motorbike taxi gathering points influence public spaces.. The study uses descriptive qualitative methods by describing how the shape, activity, characteristics, and changes occur in the phenomenon of the use of public space as an online gathering point. The results of the research revealed that at three points of accumulation of online traffic in public spaces in the area of minimarket, pedestrian, and city park/RTH has an influence on the typology and morphology of the city. The typology changes that occurred resulted in the abuse of the function of public space, physical structure, irregular layout & layout of the town in public space. The morphological changes that took place led to the ease of accessibility to the users of public services, reducing the traffic burden, the use of the public space became more vibrant and dynamic, as well as triggering the growth of local economic centers that have a positive impact on the development of cities. The results of this research are expected to serve as a benchmark for governments and stakeholders to develop appropriate policies and regulations on how online gathering points can transform public spaces and help guide inclusive and sustainable urban development.
