Pinhole Vagina Following Mismanaged Vaginal Delivery

Abstract: Background: Primary labial adhesions are acquired abnormalities involving the labia minora, but not the labia majora. Labial adhesion is the most common interlabial abnormality in children. Postpartum labial adhesions can occur secondary to badly managed vaginal delivery causing vaginal injuries and later scarring.
