Pilot trial of gabapentin for the treatment of benzodiazepine abuse or dependence in methadone maintenance patients

Abstract: Background Benzodiazepine (BZD) use disorders are a common clinical problem among methadone maintenance treatment patients and have adverse effects on clinical outcomes.
