Abstract: Preface The field study and analysis described in this report were performed by the U.S.. Army Engineer Waterways Experiment Station's (WES's) Coastal Engineering Research Center (CERC) and Geotechnical Laboratory (GL) for the U.S. Army Engineer (USAE) District, New York.
