PIK3R1 Promotes Lung Cancer Proliferation Through Activating PI3K/AKT/mTOR Signaling Pathways

Abstract: Background: Lung cancer is a common malignant neoplasm worldwide. Phosphoinositide-3-kinase, regulatory subunit 1 (PIK3R1) plays as a therapeutic target in many cancers. The role PIK3R1 plays in lung cancer still remains unclear.
