Abstract: ABSTRACT:Pigmented villonodularsynovitis (PVNS) is a benign proliferative disorder primarily occurring in the large joints of the appendicular skeleton such as the knee and hip joints.PVNS is a slow-growing lesion of uncertain aetiology arising from the synovial membrane.
