Abstract:Demodex induced facial hyperpigmentation or pigmented demodicosis is the term given to a specific type of hyperpigmentation of face with specific clinic-pathologic and dermoscopic findings, responding to anti-demodectic treatment. We are reporting a case of facial hyperpigmentation caused by Demodex, supported by dermoscopic and histopathologic findings.
