Pigmentary Glaucoma refractory to medical therapy (Clinical Image)

Abstract: Pigmentary glaucoma (PG) a type of secondary open angle glaucoma is characterized by classic diagnostic triad of Krukenberg's spindle; mid peripheral iris transillumination defects and dense Trabecular pigmentation.
