Abstract:This study investigates the piezoelectric and piezotronic properties of a novel composite material comprising polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) and antimony sulphoiodide (SbSI) nanowires. The material preparation method is detailed, showcasing its simplicity and reproducibility.
