Piezosurgery for Sagittal Split Osteotomy: Procedure Duration and Postoperative Sensory Perturbation

Abstract: Piezoelectric osteotomy requires considerably less time than conventional mechanical approaches, but shows no advantage in preventing neurosensory perturbation.
