Abstract: Background: Pierre Robin Sequence (PRS) is characterized by micrognathia, glossoptosis, cleft palate, and airway distress. The aims of initial treatment are the improvement of airway and feeding. There are many therapeutic options, including conservative techniques (prone positioning and nasopharyngeal tube) and invasive procedures (mandibular distraction and tracheostomy).
