Abstract: Complex clubfoot is a term used to describe a subset of patients that received previous treatment, and have distinctive anatomical features: severe equinus, with short first metatarsal, hyperextended big toe, severe plantar flexion of all metatarsals and deep folds through the sole of the foot and above the heel.
