Abstract:Initially contemplated as a provisional subtype of cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL), primary cutaneous CD4+ small / medium T cell lymphoproliferative disorder manifests as an indolent, solitary cutaneous lesion in the absence of accompanying cutaneous lymphoma as mycosis fungoides.
