Picking a Winner? Evidence from the Non-Manufacturing High-Tech Industry in the Blacksburg MSA

Abstract: Regional scientists have developed numerous concepts and measures of economic diversity and diversification, primarily motivated by the desire to establish a relationship between diversity and economic performance.
