“…The nutrients analysis (total nitrogen, ammonium, nitrate, and total phosphorus and chemical oxygen demand) was done according to the environmental quality standards for surface water of China (MEP, Ministry of Environmental Protection, 2002). Biomass of phytoplankton in terms of chlorophyll-a concentration was determined according to the protocols for standard observation and measurement in aquatic ecosystems by filtering 100 mL of water through a GF/C whatman filter and the filters were put in a dark cooler and placed in ice box until analysis (Cai et al, 2007;Shen et al, 2014).
