Phytoconstituents‐loaded nanomedicines for the management of acne

Abstract: Background According to epidemiological data, a large percentage (80–90%) of adolescents suffer from acne vulgaris and approximately 30% of them need treatment. Possible outcomes of the inflammatory acne lesions are acne scars which, although they can be treated in several ways, may have a negative psychological impact on social life and relationships.
